Time zone and UTC offset in Whitehorse
Whitehorse follows the America/Whitehorse time zone, abbreviated MST. Right now its offset from Coordinated Universal Time is UTC-7.
Whitehorse does not observe daylight saving time and no clock change is scheduled for the next year. Its offset stays at UTC-7 all year round. Brazil abolished daylight saving time in 2019, so the gap between the two stays fixed at 4 hours. That makes scheduling predictable: a meeting booked for any date of the year at a given Brasília time always lands at the same local time in Whitehorse.
