Time zone and UTC offset in Palau
Palau follows the Pacific/Palau time zone (this zone has no widely used letter abbreviation). Right now its offset from Coordinated Universal Time is UTC+9.
Palau does not observe daylight saving time and no clock change is scheduled for the next year. Its offset stays at UTC+9 all year round. Brazil abolished daylight saving time in 2019, so the gap between the two stays fixed at 12 hours. That makes scheduling predictable: a meeting booked for any date of the year at a given Brasília time always lands at the same local time in Palau.
