Time zone and UTC offset in Honolulu
Honolulu follows the Pacific/Honolulu time zone, abbreviated HST. Right now its offset from Coordinated Universal Time is UTC-10.
Honolulu does not observe daylight saving time and no clock change is scheduled for the next year. Its offset stays at UTC-10 all year round. Brazil abolished daylight saving time in 2019, so the gap between the two stays fixed at 7 hours. That makes scheduling predictable: a meeting booked for any date of the year at a given Brasília time always lands at the same local time in Honolulu.

Because Honolulu is behind, its calendar date is still the previous day in the first 7 hours after midnight in Brasília (until 07:00).
