It is 09:19 on Saturday, October 3, 2026 in Eucla, Australia. The city runs on UTC+8:45, which puts it 11 hours 45 minutes ahead of Brasília.
Time zone and UTC offset in Eucla
Eucla follows the Australia/Eucla time zone (this zone has no widely used letter abbreviation). Right now its offset from Coordinated Universal Time is UTC+8:45. Note the 45-minute fraction: unlike most of the world, this zone is not set on a whole hour, so the difference from Brasília is not a round number of hours either.
Eucla does not observe daylight saving time and no clock change is scheduled for the next year. Its offset stays at UTC+8:45 all year round. Brazil abolished daylight saving time in 2019, so the gap between the two stays fixed at 11 hours 45 minutes. That makes scheduling predictable: a meeting booked for any date of the year at a given Brasília time always lands at the same local time in Eucla.
Time difference between Brasília and Eucla
To convert, take Brasília time and add 11 hours 45 minutes; when the sum passes midnight, the date in Eucla is already the next day. The table uses today's offsets.
Going the other way, local noon in Eucla is 00:15 in Brasília, and local midnight is 12:15 (previous day) in Brasília. Because Eucla is ahead, its calendar date is one day later than in Brasília from 12:15 until midnight Brasília time. Keep this in mind for deadlines, flights and anything scheduled around the start or end of a day.
